NYC adds three cooling-tower fields to Mechanical COC filings

Beginning October 26, NYC Buildings says cooling-tower registration numbers, installation dates, and commission dates should be added to all Mechanical filings that require a Certificate of Compliance. Those fields should remain separately sourced facts—not a shortcut to registration, inspection, compliance, or certificate status.
