CIVIC PERMITREVIEW

The systems, rules, and operating record behind civic approvals.

Publication standard

Ownership disclosure

Civic Permit Review is an industry-intelligence publication under common portfolio ownership. The ownership model is disclosed because the parent may later develop products only after separate market validation.

Current publication

The publication maintains reporting, market data, comparisons, guides, and research across civic permitting, licensing, planning, and community-development technology. It does not currently present a commonly owned market product as an undisclosed independent recommendation.

Future products

A future product opportunity would require direct buyer interviews, evidence of an existing paid workaround, design partners, paid manual validation, a recurring workflow, and a reason the publication's data or distribution improves the product. Search traffic alone is not product validation.

Required disclosure

Any commonly owned product appearing in a dossier, comparison, story, research sample, or commercial placement will receive a visible ownership disclosure adjacent to the relevant content.

Information firewall

Public market data and aggregated, permissioned audience research may inform strategy. Confidential sponsor information, restricted roadmaps, private campaign performance, and customer information may not be used competitively without explicit permission.

Persistent standard

This policy applies to reporting, organization records, comparisons, research, sponsored programs, corrections, and any future commonly owned products.
